Double bedroom in quiet, convenient leafy suburb

Large double spare room (made for two people, but I'm only looking for one) with big wardrobe as part of a two-bedroom property, top floor flat in a block of six. Currently furnished but can accommodate other furniture too!

Shared large living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Lots of storage space as there are cupboards and an attic, as well as an empty garage with free parking. There is also a communal garden area for the whole block.

Have been living with the same tenant for 11 years now, but she finally found her own place and moved out! Since then I've had one student stay for her work placement year. I'm the owner but am looking for a flatmate, not a tenant, with us having equal say over house matters, although I am away 50% of the time either working or at my girlfriend's flat in Richmond.

Twickenham is a lovely area, very quiet and green, the flat is right near a really nice park called Moor Mead. Also very convenient for transport links - 5 minutes walk from Twickenham train station, which is 22 minutes to Waterloo.
