I live in a 2 bed room flat with my flatmate in wembley park, ferrum house, Quintain living. The postcode is HA9. In this 2 bed flat, 1 room is already occupied by my flatmate who is from Brisbane, Australia and I was staying in the other room. So, we are emptying an en-suite room with attached washroom in May. so the place will be available in mid may or we are happy to give away early as possible. We are looking forward to give our room to a male or female or a couple who is neat and tidy and keep the house neat and clean just like my flatmate. The room can be shared by 2 people as well. It is a well furnished apartment with a spacious shared living-space and kitchen. The rent is 1500£ per month for the room and if you share, it is 750£ (per person) including bills. Also, 650£ deposit (325£- if you’re sharing a room) is required. The contract requires an upfront payment available from may 20. Let me know if you are interested, then we can book a viewing for you.
