Looking for a fun but calm flatmate

A very spatious and quiet flat situated in the centre of Edinburgh, 2 minutes from Waverley Station on Cockburn Street. The flat has a large shared living room that gets lots of natural light all day, a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, a large desk, big TV and some exercise equipment. The desk, TV and exercise equipment is ours however you're more than welcome to use them at your leisure. The kitchen is also quite large and has one large fridge freezer and a supplementary freezer, brand new (6 month old) washing machine and full set of kettle, toaster, coffee machine and such. My partner and I enjoy cooking together however most people probably don't so we would usually coordinate a time to be in the kitchen, cook and clean up and then the other flatmate can go in and do the same or vice versa. Just to say we do try our best to stay out of each others way since it is a shared space and a lot of people prefer cooking alone so the key thing is that any new flatmate is welcome to make the shared spaces their own and we will respect their boundaries. For the bathroom, it is again quite spatious and there is plenty of room for items you might not want to store in your room, we do a similar thing with the bathroom since there's only one and we do just check in with each other before long showers and such incase someone needs the loo. The hallway is quite long, we have a large shoe rack by the door which is free to use and two large cupboards for suitcases and such like. For all of these shared spaces Ben and I are not too fussed about a little bit of mess accumulating (we all get a little bit busy) so we like to employ a rota system to make sure the cleaning of the shared spaces happens regularly and the burden is shared equally. Apart from that day to day just general mindfulness about the shared areas is cool. As for the bedroom available, its a double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (and of course a bed). The room gets a fair amount of light but has blackout blinds as well. We aren't on or near a road so no ambulances or loud traffic noises, which is pretty good for central Edinburgh. Noise wise, in the 10 months that we've been here there's been no noise from upstairs or downstairs that we've heard. That being said, this is not the flat for folks that want to have large noisy gatherings, we just can't do that sort of thing here. It's certainly a flat for a quiet friendly person looking for some easy going flatmates that keep it pretty chilled out. Ben and myself get up quite early for work so anything crazy loud after 10/11pm during the week would be disruptful, that being said the bedrooms and living room are fairly sound-proof so this isn't difficult to achieve.
A bit about us:
Currently myself (25, f) and my partner (22, m) live here together in the other room. We both work full-time and are not often in during the week. We're very friendly and open to hanging out and all that but are respectful of boundaries if anyone is looking to be left a little bit more alone sort of thing. Ben works in the outdoor industry and does landscaping as well, very outdoorsy and friendly. I (Wendy) work nearby as a supervisor in a little restaurant, I'm probably the nerdier of the two but I'm very easy going and chatty. If you need a giggle or a chilled out chat I've got you.
