Light & Bright Double En-suite room

I have a very light and bright double en-suite room to rent in my flat which I purchased brand new 2 years ago. The flat is within walking distance of a big Sainsbury’s as well as Sandford Lock where you can then walk or cycle along the river and into town. The Science park is just around the corner and the 3A bus goes into Oxford on a regular basis from the end of the road.

The light and spacious en-suite room has tonnes of storage space and is fitted with shelves, a mirror and double bed. I am on the 3rd floor so it is nice and quiet and private even with the floor to ceiling windows! There is space for a desk if required. There is a pet gate on the door to prevent the pets from entering the room too! There is a secure bicycle storage area beneath the building that you can use but no parking for cars.

There is a big and spacious open plan living area that has a South/West aspect meaning lots of sun and light and some stunning sunsets!

I live here with my 17 month old Labrador and 5 year old cat, who are both very well behaved and quiet.

I work from home as a Technical Program Manager. I am very chilled out and quiet and tend to walk the dog in the evening, chill out for a bit or go running training and then go to bed fairly early. At the weekends I tend to have easy mornings with plenty of coffee and then head out with the dog. I also spend some weekends away camping in my camper van with both the dog and the cat.

I am looking to share with someone who like me is fairly quiet (not a party animal) and will keep the place clean and tidy and care for it as if it were their own. You will need to be used to and happy to live with both a dog and a cat, the dog is young but is very well behaved most of the time and the cat keeps himself to himself. They also tend to take themselves to bed fairly early!!
