Double bedroom available in BA1

I have a really good sized double bedroom available to rent in a ground floor flat in BA1 (just opposite Larkhall). I’ve been living here for a year and my current flatmate is moving out. It’s a generally well kept property, and one of the Georgian terraces so nice big rooms and tall ceilings! There’s a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, but since it’s just for 2 people it never feels crowded. Bills come to about £160 per month.

I’m a very chilled flatmate, happy to socialise but also to give you space if you want - I want the flat to feel homely so it’s important to be generally tidy etc. Would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full time, (hybrid is fine!). Also some of the furniture would be leaving (table/chairs, tv, microwave, kettle, and toaster) so if you have any furniture you want to bring that’d be amazing!

The location is great - 25 mins walk to city centre, there’s also 2 bus stops within minutes of the flat and the location is generally pretty quiet (esp as the bedrooms are towards the back of the flat so you don’t get noise from the road).
