Large Double Room near Keele Uni & Royal Stoke

Hi, I’m currently looking for a female professional/student, aged between 20-35 to move into my 2 bed flat in Chesterton from June 2024.
I’d rather not live with a smoker or someone who plans on having parties so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to live, this would be perfect for you.

Rent is £312.50 a month and bills are ~£90 a month not including council tax and £170 including council tax (Property is band B so council tax is £80/pppm). Bills include wifi, electric, water & TV licence but electric is an estimate as it will be dependent on how much we use.

The flat is over 2 levels so it feels more like a house than a flat. The room is big enough for double bed and I there is a wardrobe & desk provided. For communal spaces there is a living room and large kitchen diner. There is only 1 bathroom so we would be sharing.

Travel time to Keele is approx. 10m drive, depending on traffic, and to both the hospital and bet365 it’s 10/15 mins.
There is a private car park outside the property and parking is always available.

About me: I’m 23, I mainly work in the office but I do sometimes wfh. I’m not a party animal, I’m a tidy person and I don’t mind noise coming in from late night shifts.
