Lovely large 1st floor double bedroom overlooking the garden available from 8th June in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. On the floorplan pic, it is bedroom 2 that will be available.

Regarding the other two people who live in the house, the 30 year old male is a nurse and part time martial arts instructor. The 53 year old widow (me) is originally from Texas and moved to London 24 years ago to work for PwC; I now work for Deloitte. We are friendly, respectful, quiet, clean and conscientious and we are looking for someone similar.

Both of the rented bedrooms in the house are located on the 1st floor with a large family bathroom shared between the two rooms (only). There is also a w/c located on the ground floor.

All bills are included, the house was built in 2016 and is well insulated and is rated EPC A. There is ultra-fast unlimited fibre broadband (76mbps), a washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven and built-in microwave.

We have two allocated off street parking spaces on our private road, neither of which are being used at the moment. There are two overground railway stations less than a 10 minute walk in opposite directions from the house: Carshalton Beeches and Carshalton Station. There are also excellent bus links to Heathrow Airport, the Royal Marsden Hospital, St Helier Hospital, as well as to Sutton, Croydon and Morden.
