Amazing Single Room for female

Hello,

I am renting a single room for a short term from 3 to 6 months (with some flexibility).

We are very well located 12 min away from East Croydon Station. The house is very well maintained, clean, tidy and peaceful.

I'm looking for a calm and professional lady preferably (as the household is mainly females) who goes out to work.
You'll need to be clean and tidy.

The house has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, a living room and a big garden where we can play 5 a side if you like football or handball!

You will be sharing the house with a happy mother of 2 small kids.
Our previous flatmates were ladies from India, the Philippines, France, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Togo and the last one was a teacher from Spain! :-)

Deposit required.
Gas & electricity bill to be shared.
