Hi all!
I have recently moved in and looking for an amazing flatmate/friend to share my flat with! Good size ensuite room with brand new mattress and double size bed, built in wardrobe and desk! There’s an open space kitchen/living room and outdoor balcony. You will have your own private ensuite bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is furnished. Secured private parking space also available for extra if required.

It is the development in front of Wandle park tram stop and a short walk from several supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Lidl, M&S, Aldi) and shops (NEXT, TKMAXX etc)

B I L L S 💰
Deposit is 400. Rent is 900/Month + bills (bills are 100/month each) - Council tax and service charge are high in the area but I'll cover for most of that. Would be nice to live with someone who's aware of not wasting energy/water if not needed! :) Rent is calculated on a fix basis on a monthly and paid on the 1st of month by dd. The room is available from the 25th of May.
