Furnished Room for Rent in Egham Houseshare

Hi all,

I'm a live in landlord seeking a mature student or young professional to rent a furnished, well-sized double room with ample storage, along with access to the rest of the house and garden.

About the property:

The house is 5 minutes walk from Egham high street, and approx 10-15 mins from Egham station.

Downstairs there is a livingroom and dining room which will be shared space. Single bathroom is downstairs and there is a big garden with patio/bbq etc as well as a large shed for storage of bikes etc. There is a side passage for direct access to the Garden.

No driveway, but there is restriction free parking outside the house.

All rooms have nice big sash windows and living space is kitted out with xbox, media laptop, TV etc. Dining room is currently being used as my office space, but it will be returned to a dining space for when you arrive.

The room itself comes with bed and mattress, bed has underneath storage, there is a cupboard & drawer for clothes as well as desk and office related storage. Lots of plug points in the room.

Full transparency - there is an A-road behind the garden, so there is road noise when the windows open - but double glazed sash windows kill that when closed. And if you're looking to live in Egham you'll know that we're under the LHR flight path...

Finally, Fast virgin Internet and bills all included in the monthly price. Will upgrade it if we rinse the bandwidth too much.

About me:

I am super clean, social and organised and am looking for someone similar to share my house with.

I am a big foodie - cook a lot and host plenty BBQ's with friends. I work at home as an GM for a startup (young professional).
