Hi there...We hope you find this ad interesting...We are currently looking for one more buddy to join and share our cosy home!

One spacious double sized bedroom available. (currently a single bed). This is suitable for singular occupancy, but with occasional guest staying over. Please note that these photographs need updating but give an idea of the room.

There is also a spare box room which can be used for occasional use with prior notice at a small extra cost.

Shared bathroom. Amply stocked kitchen, plus living room/dining room, Ninja Cooker, oven, gas hob, microwave, full laundry facilities. Beautiful garden with Ninja BBQ and undercover dining area/s. Possible use of local allotment space, within 1.5 miles. Beautiful walks on the doorstep too.

The home boasts a lovely social garden space, with a large garden studio, and one of us works from home full-time, so it's very secure. You'd also be sharing with Izzy, who is an 11 year old Staffie, and Pumpkin a 5 year old well mannered and super friendly British Blue cat. (Please note, no extra animals can come...sorry!)

This is quiet and private accommodation, in a stylish but lived in shared house, which is unique, quirky and very peaceful. Looking for one more person to join our lovely space.
