Situated only a 5min walk to local village that has a butcher, fishmonger, grocer, local friendly pub, supermarket, post office and even a chocolate shop. The train station is 30min walk and 40 min train ride to central London. The bus stop is situated in the village centre with a regular and reliable service. As it’s just me and my daughter living at the property I would prefer a woman tenant with no pets. It is also a non smoking household. Off street parking is available but limited but street parking is always available.
