We have a nice 4-bedroom semi-detached house situated near the hospital. Our home features a large new kitchen, dining room, garden, and patio. The house is within walking distance of the Royal Surrey hospital, university of Surrey, Tesco, Surrey Sports Park, schools, etc.

The double room is part of the downstairs extension with an en suite. It includes a single trundle bed, study table and chair, wardrobe, small fridge/freezer, etc.

Included in the rent are gas, water, electricity, broadband internet, insurance, and council tax bills.

Our ideal tenant will be female, non-smoking, with no pets, someone with good references who wants to join our friendly family atmosphere while still maintaining privacy, of course. Students are happily considered, especially overseas students. (P.
