I bought the flat at the beginning of the year and am coming towards the end of the refurbishment so am happy to be finally searching for a flatmate.
Every single part of the 2 bed 1 bathroom has been refurbished other than the kitchen which is due to be!! This includes repainting, varnished floors and general upkeep.
It is in a phenomenal area 2 minutes away from Kew Gardens station and perfectly quiet at night.
The bedroom available is east facing at the opposite end to the other bedroom, closet space and recently insulated.
You will be sharing a kitchen, living room and shower room with myself as the live in landlord. I work full time in the emergency services and have been renting most of my adult life so no unexpected red flags!
Unfortunately I cannot have pets or smokers. No couples either sorry.
