I have a large nicely decorated and well furnished Double Bedroom coming available from Mid May sharing with tidy, fun, and hard working professionals.

The house is conveniently located just 4 mins walk from Surbiton station, ideal for commuting both up to London or South to out to Weybridge, Guildford Gatwick etc.

Surbiton benefits from both fast and late train services which connect easy to London Underground- " District Line" service and 10mins to Wimbledon and 15 mis to Clapham Junction and 18 mins to London Waterloo direct. The last train from London to Surbiton departs Waterloo at around 1:00am, Surbiton is Zone 6

The house comprises of Large double living room -(Downton Abby's style, red wall paper ! high ornate ceiling & the rooms boast lovely central featured marble fireplaces :) ..adjoining rooms have mor modern contemporary deco.
The dining room inter onnects directly to a bespoke Kitchen/ breakfast area which is fully fitted with all usual home kitchen appliances you would expect to find.

All the rooms are comfortably furnished, both with modern and contemporary design furniture and splashes of vintage home furnishings doted here and there and retro / modern art pieces which all together provide a unusually relaxed and cosy homely feel.

The general vibe is homely, professional, sociable, tidy and relaxed . Occasional there are oppertunities to have a bit of hiuse banter and fun when anyone's hanging at home, or even the odd outing when there's time, pub cafe or cinima bike ride bbq etc
As you can see the house is spacious offering plenty of different areas to enjoy, plenty of space without "breathing on of each other as the rooms are all quite large bright and airey :)..
The house is equally quiet when you need to switch off or possibly work "occasionally" from home from time to time. The bills do go up if working from home so may need some further dicussion -negotiation especially in the winter months

The atmosphere as I mentioned in the house is homely, safe, considerate, relaxed, usually great camaraderie, which is fab when every one is singing of the same clean and considerate sheet, makes sharing that much more comfortable and friendly (it's like " Friends " the 90s TV sitcom, - but without "Joey" only set in a wing of Downton Abby house haha ;))

Occasionally glasses of vino and the odd film is enjoyed, with some creative home cookery or fantastic eats :) whatever works, some times a quiet book/ newspaper and hot drinks make the rounds too, MasterChef, Baby Raindeer? Clarksons farm, University Challenge, Gogglebox and of course some televised games involving a ball or two and a net .. Tennis anyone ! or some quality footie

The kitchen is fitted Doubl Ovan, there's a breakfast prep bar area, perfect spot for a quick pit stop/ snack and a swift catch up, if any ones about ! its easy to spread about without feeling like sardines

The Garden /patio area is accessed directly from the dining room French doors, into a Med style garden.

with a few eclectic objects here and ther, some areas looking like a jungle is taking over in places due to the continious rain !
Its a bit of a oasis in the summer its very easy forget your in the heart of Suburbia, and is excellent for BBQ's,

The Double room offered is very well is furnished with king size 5.0 or 4'6 bed, and includes combination of modern and vintage furniture, ther is a Vintage Double wardrobe, large chests of drawers, 2 x bedside cupboards, dressing mirror (side tables, desk or twin sofa bedroom and chair). Or a simular room with en suite .. see photos

All the Toilets and bathrooms in the house are are kept tidy and clean, there's one on each floor, all are nicely appointed, I am happy to discuss options of a weekly cleaner cleaning the common areas if that works ?

Surbiton is a 5 min walk from the house. The town centre offers a wide selection of great cafes, shops, pubs, restaurants etc there are also gyms nearby, the fabulas river Thames offers a wide range of boating activities and wonderful walks runs bike ride routes along its banks and through beautiful Royal Parks and stately homes nearby
including the most famous -Hampton Court Palace

SURBITON train station provides very easy access to and from London Waterloo station, just 16 minutes by train. Bus stop is 150 m away offering the following services 281,406,418, K2 into Kingston

The train service is excellent to and from Surbiton, there is a late train service from London Waterloo leaving at 1 AM

Other transport services are also very close by and easy to get to both London City Airport 45 mins -1hr by train directly into the terminal Both Major London Airports are 35 -45 min drive time away

The fantastic Market town of ( Kingston upon Thames) is just 1 mile away . The is a bus stop to Kingston is just at the end of the Terrace, Kingston and is just a short 10 mins bus journey and 20 mins walk away.

The historic market town is situated along the river Thames providing a truly beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the amazing array of riverside Cafes, Pubs Restaurants, Shops, Boutiques, Nightclubs, Gym's and for the healthier, moments, Parks, great for running, training and exercising, ..really everything that anyone could need! There are also many in outdoor outdoor sporting clubs in the area tennis, squash. sailing, rowing, cycling, riding and all the ball sports .
The house is really in a fabulous area of Surrey, .. truly and great location!

Hampton Court Palace is an amazing 16th century Palace and the home of the infamous King of England .. Henry VIII which is only a 5 miles from the house, great parks for walking jogging and biking horse riding etc
