The lounge has leather sofas, where you can enjoy watching TV on the 50” TV supplied, a modern coffee table and side table. There is a nice large reception and a guest WC on the ground floor. The lounge and dining area overlook the beautiful garden with a table and seating for 6 people to sit and enjoy in the summer.

The house has virgin fibre optic broadband throughout, WIFI for convenience, a port is in each bedroom for convenience too. Cleaning is carried out every 2 weeks for the communal areas and a gardener for the rear garden. A locked garage is available for bikes (key for tenants provided).

There is excellent access to the Midlands motorway network being located 8 minutes from Junction 4 of the M42 and access to the M40, M5 and M6 Motorways. Birmingham International Airport is a 15 minute. Shirley train station is 4 minutes away by car or a 25 min walk and you can be in Birmingham in just 28 minutes.
