Huge en-suite room in my flat

I am looking to rent out the large en-suite room in my flat. It is just me living there. The block is right next to a bus stop and only a 15-18 minute walk to Three Bridges station as well as 15-20 minutes walk in to town (depending on how slow you are). Tesco is a 10 minute walk away. All furnished with King size bed. The photos are slightly old but you can get an idea.

I'm a very sociable lad who loves sports and staying active. Also love a beer. I'm usually out of the flat all day as I hit the gym at unholy hours. The Flat will be all yours for a lot of the time as I stay at my girlfriend's place a lot. I just want someone who will look after the place and treat it like their own. Very flexible on guests coming/staying but obviously don't take the piss 🤣.

All bills are included in the rent, Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity. There is also plenty of visitor parking if you drive.
