Clean and tidy flat, replace me as tenant

Hello, I am looking for someone to replace me as a tenant of this flat in Three Bridges for the 1st June 2024 when the new 6 month contract begins.

This is a 2 bedroom flat with the tenant having their own separate bathroom in the hallway (flatmate has ensuite). A fully furnished living room, kitchen and bedroom. Tenant also has their own coat cupboard in the hallway of a substantial size. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking ware. Adequate storage space for food and access to fridge/freezer unit.

Bedroom has a bed frame, chest of drawers, and bedside table. Room is small but large enough to fit everything in.
Access to radiators, ironing board & iron and multiple drying racks. Plentiful storage areas.
Built in book shelf for all manner of items in L shaped hallway.
Living room has tv access, a dining table and large curved sofa with table for friends and family to come around use.

Bills not included except water is included in rent. With bills ~£40 and council tax ~£80. ~£700 p/month. Flatmate is flexible on rent being maybe £550 as rent increases have been equally split whilst I've been there

Parking permits for car users with a visitor one too. Currently flatmate doesn't have car so you will have exclusive access to permits :)

Current flatmate is a friendly 44 y/o Italian gentleman who works at Gatwick and keeps to himself but is chatty and friendly. Regularly works slightly later so you can expect multiple evenings with flat to yourself until 9/10/11pm. Depending on work pattern this might be ideal for you.

Suitable for cabin crew or airport workers with bus and train access to town and Gatwick itself very accessible. 10 minute walk to the town centre.

I wouldn't leave this flat but need to move closer to family. It's a great flat and is segregated with a locked door downstairs with 9 other flats. Noise level is also low. Access to tesco express 1 minute away.

Ideal flat member is 1, not looking for couples or families. Though you can certainly have a partner stay over
