We're looking for someone friendly, sorted and easy going - everyone is quite independent but occasionally have dinners & wine together or pop out to our favorite local curry house. Flat mates Al and Kate have both lived here for many years and are genuinely some of the most warm and generous people you'll come across! Al works in a recording studio and music is a big passion for both.

Location: close to Vauxhall Park and Fentiman Road with approx 7 mins walk to Vauxhall tube/trains/boris bikes and 10 mins Oval tube. Many nice pubs and tapas bars in the area, large Sainsbury's nearby.

The room comes with double futon, small wardrobe and drawer. As you can tell from the pictures it is of limited proportions but there is lots of good storage space in the flat and you will often have the cosy attic lounge to yourself as Al & Kate's rooms are substantially larger. Move-in date May 1st and the rent is £515 per month excl bills (approx £600 all in)
