Single bed in newly refurbished friendly houseshare (with patio/garden), East Acton (Central Line, zone 2). Rent is £399, bills are about ~£100

We (one guy and two girls) are currently looking for a tidy, professional, non-smoking female to join our household of four (three of us, and you make the fourth!).

Our house has four-bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a refurbished kitchen (gas stove, oven, 1. 5 fridges, microwave plus all other standard appliances); Tidy, social living room and backyard with patio area. In summer we sometimes have (sedate) dinner parties and barbeques.

This large room is already furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, and is on the second floor of our two-storey house.

The bond is £340, and the rent (£399 per month) EXCLUDES bills. (Bills are £100 per month.)

The house is 5 minutes away from East Acton tube station (zone 2, central line, 15-20 mins from Oxford Circus) and there are many buses going directly to Sheperd's Bush, Hammersmith and Ealing Broadway. The N7 night bus goes to Oxford Street from East Acton station.

There are shops around the block, and Westfield Shopping Centre is 10 minutes away by bus or Tube (Shepherd's Bush).
