The room is available at a rent of £725 per month inclusive of all bills with short term lets welcomed. I would also be happy to rent the room on a Monday to Friday basis (£550 per month inclusive of all bills).

Good transport links to the City and West-end from Streatham Station (15 min walk or 5 min bus) which takes you to Blackfriars, Streatham Common (10 min walk) to Victoria and frequent busses to Tooting (20 min walk or 10 min bus) for the Northern Line.

Free parking outside. Lots of good pubs / bars in Tooting and Streatham, Tooting Bec Common is a 10 min walk away.
