The Room

A large double room to rent in a very spacious maisonette with three brilliant housemates.

Located just a couple minutes walk from Caledonian Road tube, this lovely maisonette has the benefit of being really well situated for transport links, as well as being located on a quiet, tree-lined road.

The available room is on the ground floor and has the added bonus of having French doors that lead directly out to the private garden (there’s also a balcony off the kitchen, so definitely no shortage of outside space!).

Whoever is lucky enough to snap up this great room will have the pleasure of sharing with Ani, Brad and Kat.

Ani is 35 and is an absolute pleasure to live with. She works as a project manager for a marketing agency, she’s really into her music - often out and about discovering the latest band at gigs around town - as well as films, series and languages.

Brad is 32 and Kat is 27 and they are the couple of the house! Both of them are very easy going and great fun to be around, with Brad working for Warner Chappell as a royalties manager and Kat working in the City as an office manager, and they are both really into their music too, as well as films, gaming and keeping fit.

As a house, it’s a great mix of everyone hanging out together, while having plenty of their own friends and interests on the boil too.

For a potential housemate, the guys are really looking for a professional that is friendly and fun, as well as being considerate of other people’s needs i. e. not getting the party started at 2am on a school night!

As for the nitty gritty, bills come in at around £100 a month, including Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electricity, Virgin TV package, broadband, TV license etc.

The new flatmate will also be sharing the giant bathroom (with a lovely roll-top bath) with just Ani – so no worry of being kept waiting in the morning shower rush.

Around the corner there’s a Tesco Express, a Nisa and a Sainsbury's plenty of buses (393, 17, 259, 91 amongst other) and Upper Street, Camden, Holloway Road, etc. are really close by.
