Located in Stratford Village, the property is in a quiet road. It has an open plan living room (with piano), fully equipped modern kitchen, large and recently refurbished bathroom which includes a wet floor area with downpour shower and a small but very pretty patio garden. Bed linen and towels are provided and the room is cleaned weekly. There is everything else you could need on the doorstep including shops, theatres, cinemas, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks, cycling routes and Westfield (one of the largest shopping centres in Europe)

Very close to great transport links for commuting in all directions, including Jubilee, Central, DLR and London Overground lines; Stratford International and the Javelin; London City Airport; and buses to everywhere including Stanstead. Crossrail is on its way. For example, it is only 7 minutes travel time to Liverpool Street (BR) or Kings Cross St Pancras (Javelin), 6/9 minutes to Canary Wharf (Jubilee), 12 Minutes to Bank (Central), 14 minutes to London City Airport and 2. 5 hours by train to Paris from Stratford International if you are more internationally minded.

There is space in the garden to keep a bike and on street parking available from £5 - £25 per week depending on hours parked (£5pd for 24 hour parking). Off street car parking available close by if you look at websites such as "park at my house" - starting at about £1. 50pd / £40pm upwards.
