Spacious Double Room in Brand New Flat

I am a 27 year old management consultant looking for someone to rent the second room in my very spacious two bedroom groundfloor flat. The flat has a cozy atmosphere that would suit a tidy and friendly person who wants to live in a nice and lively home.

About the flat:
A beautiful two bedroom ground floor flat. Very spacious open plan kitchen & living room connecting to a large front patio.

It has one large bathroom and is completed to a high standard with underfloor heating through out the property. The flat also has plenty of storage space.

While the bedrooms are furnished, I am still furnishing the living room, but plan to complete it in the next 2 weeks to a high standard with a large HD TV. However, the room is ready to move into.

About the room:
The room is a very specious double room. Total size of 14 meter squares which is well above the london average.

About me:
I am 27 and work in Management Consulting. I am very clean and easy going. I travel to a remote location at least once a year, I love cooking and I am passionate about health and fitness (gym and thai boxing). I am also a big fan of eating out, the theatre, going out on weekends, cooking and cinema.

Who im looking for:
I am looking for someone within my age bracket. I would prefer an outgoing person who wants to make a home out of the flat.

While I am very outgoing and love my weekends, I would like my new housemate to be appeciative of the demanding nature of my job during week days. Cleanliness and tidiness are extremly important to me and, while a cleaner comes around once a week, all housemates must carry out their fair share of house keeping.

Transport:
Excellent transport links. Tube Lines: DLR (2min walk), District Line (10min walk), Central Line (15min walk). This means very easy access to Canary Wharf and the City.

All bills are included in the rent and cover electricity, gas, broadband, council tax and water. A cleaner comes once a week for two hours but this is not included in the rent. That would be an additional £10 per week.
