I’m looking for a new housemate to share my two bed flat, in the heart of Stoke Newington.

The flat is fully furnished and has loads of character, with huge windows and high ceilings throughout, it gets a lot of natural light and has a lovely spacious, airy feel - overall the flat has a very relaxed and chilled out vibe. It has a bike storage unit in the front garden, and a good-sized, shared garden out the back - it is also about 100 metres from Clissold Park, so there is plenty of green, outdoor space to enjoy as well.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Stoke Newington, on a residential road just off Church Street – so you can nip out and wander around the quirky shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. There are also buses very close by, running to Finsbury Park and central London, and Stoke Newington Overground station is only a 10 minute walk away.

A bit about me: I’m female, 35 years old, and work in social and digital research, which involves some late evening and weekend work. In non-Covid times, I’m often out and about for work, socialising and exercise and when I’m home I like to hang out, eat good food, and catch up with friends. In these Covid times I am working from home and staying a lot closer to home generally. I’m looking for someone who is considerate, easy-going and quite independent - that said, it would be great to have someone who is up for a drink or meal together sometimes!

Council tax is £50 a month and bills are approx. £100 a month and include broadband, TV license and a cleaner once every 2 weeks.
