We have a double room available in Acton Central.

Fully furnished, including a double size bed, bedside cabinet, cupboard and large chests of drawers

There is also a single bedroom available.

The rent is all inclusive, including a bi-weekly clean of all common areas.

About the flat:
The flat has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, newly refurbished bathroom and access to a living room, front garden (parking space is no longer available) and a massive back garden. The flat is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped - washing machine available. There is a strong internet connection.

We’re looking for:
An easy-going and laid back individual who is clean and tidy (recycling conscious), considerate and approachable. We appreciate unique and creative individuals – and warmly welcome anyone of any cultural background/sexuality/professio n.

The current flatmates are friends, creative, unique individuals and we like our house to feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

About the area:
There is an off-license 5 minutes walk away, a large Morrisons, high street with loads of different shops just further on from there. Acton Park is minutes from the house along with a short 10 min bus ride to Westfields shopping centre, cinema, restaurant, bars and all exciting nightlife venues in Shepherds Bush - perfect for those of you on the go and love to travel as it is also a short distance to Heathrow Airport. Gunnersbury Park and Richmond Park are also easily accessed. It is a safe neighbourhood.
