After 3 lovely years I am leaving my lovely garden house bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: This room is detached from the house. It is a converted garden guest house.

LOOKING FOR:

Open minded, flexible, friendly and co-operative house mate who will share this lovely, open plan house with five incredibly friendly housemates. The housemates are polite, friendly and incredibly welcoming. All of the housemates are hard working so the preference is to keep the parties out of the house. But we do enjoy each other's company a lot.

Nationalities (including myself): Italian, Belgian, Spanish, Swedish.

Professions: Producer, Musician, PhD student and leisure industry workers).

THE ROOM:

Double bedroom garden house.
Rent: £500 pcm
Council tax: £27.50 pcm
Bills: £40 pcm
Monthly contribution to cleaning products: £4
Deposit: £700

MAIN TERMS:

12 month tenancy Minimum! We are looking for someone long term.

One bathroom is shared amongst 5 and the 6th has his own en suite upstairs. We haven't had many clashes as we work at different hours of the day.

No agency fees.

Deposit protected with TDS insured scheme.

Recent proof of address
Copy of passport
Proof of income (1 month payslip or employment contract confirming your income).

PhD students welcome. Other students are not (sorry).
