Hi All,

A room at our house will be available to rent for long-term (12 months minimum) from the 24th September 2016.

We have a great cheap double room (located at the back of the house) to rent in a friendly and sociable house. We are all sociable like to have odd family dinner/bbq when the weather is nice.

We all enjoy relaxing on the weekends, socializing in the living room watching films etc, or doing our own thing. Looking for like-minded person to join the house.

At the moment we are 2 guys and 2 girls with different nationalities( French, English, Spanish) and we generally all have normal working hours (9:00-18:00).

We like to have the house clean and tidy so we have a weekly cleaning roster to cover: kitchen, communal areas, and bathrooms.

made in 2 payments on the 15th of each month:
1.) £500.00GBP to the landlord
2.) £90.00 to the house account to cover all bills! (yes that includes WIFI 160MB Broadband, Council Tax, Utilities Bills (water, gas, electricty), and communal extras aka. toilet paper and detergent)

DEPOSIT: £666 [to be paid in full before you move in to the person leaving the room]

House has 2 bathroom, kitchen, spacious living room and 2 gardens (front & back).

We have a washing machine and a dryer as a bonus, although we do have an extra long clothes line in the garden and so use that when the weather permits it!

Located near Askew Road and Uxbridge Road road, this house is perfect for transport: East Acton tube (Central Line) is round the corner between 5-10 minutes walk, 200 metres away we have stops for the following buses: 207, 266, 260, 278, 607, and Acton Central Station (Overground) is 15-20 minutes walk so commuting to central London is hassle free.

Lastly we have a variety of shops around 3-8 minutes from us. These include: Tesco Metro, Iceland, Homebase, Nisa Local, The Cooperative.
