A very comfortable spacious self contained sunny room, great for someone working from home, in a house with sharing, but minimal.
1 minutes from Acton Central Overground Station, lively Churchfield road with lots of cafes and special shops, and leafy green Acton Park !

The room has a fully equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, extractor fan ( removes all cooking smells ) pots and pans, fridge freezer etc, and good storage. Turn in the space, past the desk/table work area to a comfortable sitting room, bedroom area.
There is also the obvious; a wardrobe, storage, TV, and high speed broadband.
and to make life easy there are bedsheets, duvets and towels supplied.

A luxury modern bathroom, ( underfloor heating etc ) is shared with just the two others lodgers in the house who are in similar self contained rooms.
A washing machine and tumble drier are also provided.
The bathroom/laundry is cleaned one a week so no-one is left wishing someone else would pull their weight.

The house is quiet and detached but less than a minute's walk from all the restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops on busy Churchfield Road with its great lively atmosphere. Acton Park is just the other side of the station.

Acton Central station ( Zone 3 ) has very good connections into town. Buses ( Zone 2 ) within five minutes walk, which go to Hammersmith and Ealing, Shepherd’s Bush and East Acton. East Acton and Acton Town Tube stations and Acton Main Line Station are all about a ten minute walk away.

Acton has lots of good supermarkets, several gyms, ( open ) general shops, hair saloons, nail-bars, churches and diverse amenities, even a well known climbing wall ' The ARCH', all within a five minute walk.

ust about on the doorstep there is Acton Park, a lovely place to run, or jog, or just enjoy a bright day, followed by coffee in one of the many small lovely artisan cafes on Churchfield Road.

This room would suit someone looking for a SELF-CONTAINED life style, especially if working from home, as there is no sharing really apart from the bathroom. There is no general kitchen or living room to share. The only other overlap is possibly bumping into one of the other two lovely lodgers while coming in or out of the house.
Although this room is a little like a small 'Ikea' show flat; just for one person.

The two other lodgers in the house are both professionals, and 'working from home in their rooms!
