Double room in peaceful garden flat

The room

This lovely garden flat is in an Edwardian house in Poets Corner, W3. The room measures 12' x 8' and is nicely decorated, with loads of storage and plenty of natural light coming from a big window. It includes a double bed, huge wardrobe, desk, Wifi, chair armchair, bookshelves and chest of drawers. The modern shower-room is right next to it, shared with one other person.

We are a friendly household, leading independent and busy lives but also happy to chat around the table in the kitchen, which is spacious enough for easy chairs and a TV/DVD. We sometimes have friends for supper, and its a nice bright kitchen for relaxing and cooking in, with a lovely view of colourful plants through doors that open onto a south-facing side passage. It also includes plenty of cupboards, cooker, iPod dock, washing machine, microwave and fridge.

The back garden which we also share is well-landscaped and very private, sheltered by lots of greenery - leafy trees and shrubs - and it has two patio areas with several benches and chairs and a couple of tables.
