Hi, we are looking for two new housemates to join us in our lovely Victorian home.

About the house:
Beautiful terraced home, situated on a tree-lined street in West London bordering Chiswick and Acton, moments away from a large park complete with free tennis courts.

The house has plenty of communal space: very large modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, loads of cupboard space), separate dining room and lounge; ideal for hosting drinks/dinner parties. The kitchen leads onto a patio and garden with folding doors, which creates a great space for entertaining and having people round. The garden has a summer house and shed for storing bikes, etc.

Downstairs also has separate WC and a cellar.

The rooms are set across 3 levels and feature two further bathrooms with baths and showers in both.

Two double bedrooms are available, one large double and one small double, partially furnished.

Transport:
Excellent transport links provide a short walk to Turnham Green (District/Piccadilly line) or a 10 minute bus to Shepherds Bush (Central Line, Circle, H&C, London Overground).

About Us:
You will be joining a guy and a girl, mid 20s, professionals, who enjoy socialising, cooking together regularly and chilling out over a beer or two. We are fun, easy going and get along really well. We are animal lovers, and have a lovely cat (Lottie) and two awesome tropical fish tanks.

About you:
We are looking for some fun, young professionals to join us in our beautiful Victorian house. Two of the current housemates are leaving so we are looking for some new people to renew the lease with us. You will need to enjoy the odd alcoholic beverage and BBQ, as we are looking for someone to share our home, not just a room.

We have a standard short-hold tenancy agreement and we ask that you can supply references to join us on the lease.
