Great double room - cozy spacious & friendly home

Please not that this is a short tenancy until the end of August.

This is a new house spread over several floors, where each floor has a toilet (4 rooms and 3 toilets in total). The house is in a secure gated area. We have a fantastic kitchen (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven/grill and all other basic amenities), a lovely garden, a garage (in addition to an outside parking space), a VERY spacious living room and plenty of storage space. The room itself is pretty huge (top floor), double glazed and has a kingsize bed, chest of drawers, dresser and cupboard.

There’s some cool pubs close by, we’ll show you around.

The house is just off Creswick Road, 5 mins from Morrison's and 2 mins walk from a 24 hour Spar. It's well served by public transport (266 stops just outside and its a night bus ;)) and a number of train stations are very close by:
* Acton Main Line: 8 mins walk
* Acton Town (Piccadilly Line): 12-15 mins walk
* North Acton (Central Line): 12-15 mins walk
* Acton Central (Overground): 12-15 mins walk

The room is available as soon as possible (can be slightly flexible for the right person) and is let through an agency. The current housemate is moving out to Australia in search for new adventures.

You would be living with 2 boys and a girl, all in their 20s professionals, easy going happy chaps. We love guitars, cycling, going out to explore London pubs, bars and simply hanging out with each other and friends.
Justina works as a consultant, Greg works in transport planning and I'm a data analyst.
We are looking for someone who we can hang out with rather than just a tenant who would hide in his/her room.
