We are two friends (girl and a guy from Germany and London) looking for a housemate to join us. We are looking for someone/s full of energy and life, who is tidy and respectful, but also likes to let their hair down. We're both friendly, sociable and helpful, in case you're new to London.

The house is extremely beautiful and large. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, living room with large open kitchen and a large garden. Your bedroom is on the first floor, faces the rear garden and is extremely quiet and full of sun light.

The nearest tube station is less than 1 minute walk away - West Acton, which is on the Central Line (zone 3). Also North Ealing is about a 7 minute walk away (picadilly line). Ealing Broadway is 1 stop from West Acton, and an easy train ride to either Paddington or Heathrow and beyond.

The house is on a very quiet residential road, parking available with permit. It is newly repainted and decorated thoughout. It also has a really amazing garden, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun in summer.

The living room has a TV, table, sofas, shelf; And there are lots of storage spaces in the house and garage.

This will be a the perfect place to call home, a place of calm and peace, but also a place where we can invite friends and have fun!

There is a puregym of which we are members and go often, so a housemate who also likes fitness is welcome.
