The flat and Rooms:

All the rooms will be fully furnished! The house shares a large communal kitchen diner. Contains all mod cons ( washing machine, 1 fridge freezers, etc). The flat also has a large outside 2 terraces great for the summer months.

The room are all newly refurbished with a double bed, and king size bed wardrobe, etc.

Rate:

ALL BILLS INCLUDED in the price so only pay one amount! This includes all utilities, council tax, and unlimited access to high speed broadband (wi-fi). There is also a fortnightly cleaner that will clean all the communal areas. They can do your room for a small extra charge as well.

This is a professional houseshare so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar and friendly housemates to fit into the house since we value a harmonious and friendly home.
