Double room available in East Acton.

I've lived in this property for over a year and have been very happy, but am moving out to move in with some close friends elsewhere in London. I vacated the room this weekend, so the room is now available. Pretty keen to get it filled ASAP as I can't afford to pay rent on two rooms at once!

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and is on the bottom floor of the property. It is next to the front door, which is located off the main road, so there is no noise at night.

It is part of a 4 bedroom property, all with individual contracts and with shared use of the bathroom, living room and kitchen. 3 guys are already in the property, all very friendly.

Kitchen includes a good sized fridge-freezer, oven and new washing machine, with the boiler also recently replaced. Shared living room includes a table, two sofas and a wall-mounted TV.

The property is located 5 minutes walk from East Acton tube station, Zone 2 on the Central Line. Bus stops are just a minute away, a large ASDA supermarket is 15 minutes away by bus (260), and the Westfield shopping centre is only 15 minutes bus ride too (95).

Rent is £652 per calendar month, and the deposit is 6 weeks rent (£900). Gas, electricity, water, council tax and TV license are all included in the rent. Internet is shared (£7. 87 each per month).
