Spacious double-room in flat bordering Chiswick

The room

I am moving out of a great flat share where I have lived for the last 3. 5 years. It's a 2-bedroom apartment in a secure, 5-year-old block of flats in a quiet area right next to a park and South Acton Overground Station.

The flat
The flat comes fully furnished and features a large combined lounge & kitchen area with a balcony facing the quiet road and the park opposite the house. It comes with all appliances such as flatscreen TV, DVD player. Apart from the bathroom the flat also has a storage room with a washing machine & dryer and more storage space. The floors are carpet apart from kitchen and bathroom which is laminated. There are lockers for bike storage in the house. The neighbours are a nice bunch, there are lots of families in the area.

The room
The room is very big, it currently comfortably holds a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, shelf and desk with chair. I might take the desk and chair but all other furniture can stay in the room. It's always nice and warm, even in winter because the flat is new and very well isolated.

The flatmates
You will share with a friendly and easy-going professional couple in their early 30s from Poland and Venezuela. We have lived together for more than 1. 5 years and are getting on great. We treat this place as a home and we occasionally hang out to watch a movie or go for a beer but also give each other the necessary amount of space.

The rent
Rent is 850 GBP inclusive of bills for a single person and 950 GBP inclusive of bills for a couple. This only excludes internet which we pay separately and comes to around 10 GBP max per person and parking, in case you have a car, which only comes to 30 GBP per year. Deposit is 1 month in advance and rent has to be paid on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.

Transport
The flat is right next to South Acton Overground and 15 minutes max walking distance to Chiswick Park (District Line Underground) and Acton Town (Piccadilly Line). It's also just 15 minutes walk to beautiful Chiswick High Street with a big Sainsburys supermarket, nice cafes and bars and buzzing Acton High Street, also featuring nice pubs as well as a big (and cheap!) Morrisons super market.

We have always treated this place like a home and kept it nice and tidy, and we're ideally looking for a friendly, sociable and considerate person or couple to move in as from mid April.
