Large room with walk in wardrobe

I'm very sad to be leaving my lovely house in Acton to start a new adventure…so…

For the lucky new tenant I'm offering a beautiful newly refurbished large loft room that comes with your own walk in wardrobe/spare room and ample storage. The room is quiet and very light, overlooking the back garden so a perfect chill atmosphere. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, side tables and a chest of draws.

Shares areas and features:
The house itself is very large, we have a total of 4 bedrooms split over 3 floors so there's a lot of space which is rare in a London home. There is a large American style open living room/dining area which overlooks a lovely garden through double glass doors. The house compromises of two bathrooms, one large one downstairs and a toilet only room upstairs. We have a large kitchen with plenty of storage that also looks over the garden.

Housemates:
You would be living with 3 lovely housemates; Alex, Luke and Sarah with an age range from 22-28 so we're ideally looking for someone in a similar age range. Everyone is pretty easy going and enjoy to socialise - whether it's out for a few beers, household dinners or a BBQ not to mention have become good friends so looking for a further 4th member who is looking for a home and not just a house.

Location/Amenities:
This house has a great location, we're a 10 minute drive away from Westfields at Shepard’s Bush and Chiswick is a 15 minute walk. Acton is definitely up and coming with lots of coffee shops popping up, wine bars, plenty of restaurants and an amazing bar called the Aeronaut which has been voted London's top 10 bards to visit (seriously worth it!).

Transport:
Acton is a pretty great place to live when it comes to being close proximity to town, the nearest tube is Acton Town (Picadilly line, Zone 3) which is a reasonable 10 minute walk through leafy streets alongside with the Acton Central overground which is around a 5 minute walk. If you're more of a bus person then you're in luck because most of the major bus routes stop a 2 minute walk from the house. If you drive then there is permit parking right outside the house which costs £80 a year.
