There is a large open plan living room and kitchen where the very friendly house mates spend most of their time together socialising. This overlooks the large back garden with BBQ.
There is central heating throughout and all amenities including 2x large fridges, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bills:
The rent includes all bills with council tax PLUS 5G internet, SKY and BT. Rent is paid in advance by the 28th.
壣600 deposit and first months' rent to be paid up front.
Location:
Located in zone 2, the house is a 5 minute walk from South Acton overground for easy access to Kew/Richmond and a 35 minute trip to East London. The Acton High Road is also a 5 minute walk away which includes the Acton Old Town Hall Bus station for a quick 15 minute bus ride to Shepherd's Bush and the Westfield shopping centre.
Within a 10-15 minute walk is Chiswick Park (District Line) and Acton Town Stations (Piccadilly Line), allowing great links between central London and Heathrow. As the Chiswick High Road is also within this distance you have the choice of Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Marks and Spencer and Morrisons along with the lovely local restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops in both Chiswick and Acton.
