We are renting a single room in our small but modern city like apartment in the Barbican/Old Street area. Available from the 16th of December.

We can consider Monday to Friday lets.
We prefer someone in full-time employment.

5 min walk to Barbican, Old Street and Moorgate tube stations, 10 min walking distance to St Paul's.

Must be tidy. A cleaner comes in weekly and we can provide bed linen and towels. Broadband access, dishwasher and washing/drying machine.

Really exciting and vibrant area to live in, near Whitecross St market, Waitrose supermarket, nice cafes and 5 min walk to trendy Shoreditch restaurants and clubs.
