It's nicely sized - 265 cm x 380 cm - and it's situated on the eighth and top floor. Very rarely are you disturbed by any sounds from outside, particularly in the early mornings and afternoons onward. The area's quiet, despite being situated so centrally and there are many little parks and green spaces. Also found are a spacious living room, lovely and clean toilet and bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small balcony to be shared.

Importantly, the flat is within a very well-connected area. It's found equidistant to Angel and Farringdon Station, therefore having access to the Northern (black), Metropolitan (purple), Hammersmith & City (pink) and Circle (yellow) Line. There are also bus routes (4, 56, 153), which take you to the Financial District near Moorgate; bus routes (43, 205, 214) to Old Street.

Major train stations are also nearby - Liverpool Street and Moorgate within 20 minutes by bus route 153, King's Cross within 20 minutes and Euston within 30 minutes by bus routes (30, 73, 205 for both; also, 214 and 476 for King's Cross only), Waterloo within 30 minutes by bus 243 or 341/tube (Northern) and Paddington and Baker Street by bus route 205. making it very easy to access all the other different parts outside London, for any trips, for instance.

Living in the area is incredibly convenient. We're incredibly close to many of the High Street Banks - HSBC, Santander, Barclays, Natwest, Halifax, Nationwide and Co-operative. We have plenty of gyms nearby - PureGym, Fitness First Virgin Active and Rebel. Moreover, we have supermarkets very near - Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Tesco are all about 3-5 minutes on foot.

There's something for everyone in Angel along. Restaurants and cafes nearby incorporate many types of different cuisines, with new places opening all the time. There's a small food market that opens midday on weekends. There are plenty of bars and pubs also and being about 25-30 minutes from Soho (bus routes 38, 19), if there's anything you can't find in Angel, you'll find there without a doubt. Just ask for any recommendations!

There's a library just downstairs, but also the British Library near King's Cross for anything more specific. Holborn, Soho and the City also have plenty of galleries and museums for those who may be interested in history or art. Furthermore, the West End/Soho are easy to get to for theatres and we have two cinema complexes in Angel itself. Finally, Oxford Circus and Regents Park are about half an hour away by public transport for any shopping needs too!
