I am holding viewing on Thursday from 7.30pm.

I am looking for one person (no couples) and a worker (no students).

I have a 3 double bed roomed ex. Local Authority flat, let as 4 bedrooms (no lounge) only 8 mins walk from Angel tube station (Zone 1 Northern Line) along City Road. The building is a 26 floor tower block and it has secure entry, concierge and four lifts. My flat is located on the 18th floor and so has brilliant views across the city. It is within easy walking distance of the City of London; and the excellent pub and restaurant scenes of Upper St. or Hoxton Sq.

My flat is in good condition, all the walls were recently re-painted white and the floors have been covered by oak coloured laminate wood flooring. It is laid out all on one level with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bath/shower room and a separate toilet. The flat has fast and unlimited wireless 100 meg broadband internet provided by Virgin Media.

I have a large double room (3 m x 4.5 m) available now for 185 pw (802 pcm). It is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk (if required). The price includes all the bills (I pay for the gas, electric, water, council tax, TV Licence and broadband internet; you just pay me the rent). Rent is paid one month in advance and the damage deposit (bond) is the same amount, and so you need to pay £1,604 before you can move in.

There are four bedrooms with one empty now. The other three rooms are occupied by an Australian couple; and an Australian female and a Canadian female. All are in their twenties and are working professionals.
