Two rooms free in Angel//Old Street apartment

Hello! My name is Sophie and I am looking for new flatmates for my apartment. I've been living here for a year now and I plan to stay here for at least a few more years. All the rooms are large doubles, the £225 pw being the converted living room which is huge. There is no living area, but the kitchen is quite large and comfortably fits a kitchen table. There's also plenty of storage space with two very large storage areas. The bathroom has a bath and rain shower, and we have a separate toilet.

I'm currently working full time around the Victoria area, while also studying, so I'm busy most of the time. I'm looking for some easygoing flatmates, preferably also professional, who are looking for a quiet and friendly place. There can be absolutely no smoking in the house, and I find it really important to keep the communal areas clean.

Both rooms are furnished with beds, closets and desks (two in the case of the converted living room). Only the larger of the two rooms is accessible for couples.
