I AM WILLING TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICE. FEMALES PREFERRED. My last exam is on May 20th so i'm pretty flexible to move out whenever after that although the preferred dates I would like to rent my room are from the 15th June - 23rd July. Minimum tenancy I will consider is 4 weeks.
