Iam a professional working in Finance in city looking for a flat mate to share a nice quiet flat in centre London. I am very clean, nice, quiet and tidy. I work long hours and very much respect privacy so I want to look for people with the same manner

The flat locates in a serviced building with CCTV 24/7 and cleaner. The area is very nice and quiet, walkable distance to Angel which is a very trendy area with lots of theatre, bars/restaurants. Exmouth market is opposite which is also very vibrant, not to mention walkable to Covent Garden and Kingscross. The building has the lift, cleaner, camera and caretaker.

There will be a shared dining room. You will have a double bedroom for yourself with a huge wardrobe. The shared room is for dining and laundry. Toilet and kitchen are separated so it's highly private. Ideally suitable for people working in the city or long hours and want to relax at home

From here you can walk to Bank in 20mins, Kingscross Station 15 mins. 3 tube stations: Chancery lane, Farringdon and Kingscross. Direct bus Shoreditch (55), West End (19, 38) or to Kingscross (63)
