The room

Looking for someone to sublet my spacious double room in Angel for 3.5 weeks (or any period in between). The room is available from Friday, 5 Aug 2016 to Monday, 29 Aug.

RENT: £620 ALL INCLUDED (£200 DEPOSIT)
- The rent is £590 for the 25 days; ALL bills included- including council tax and broadband. Deposit is £200 up-front (transfer or cash).

LOCATION: ANGEL WITH GREAT ACCESSIBILITY
- 5 minutes walk from Angel tube. Good bus access, including night buses, bringing you all around London. Really great location, close to Upper Street shops, restaurants and bars and there are 3 gyms.

FLAT: FULLY EQUIPPED
- It is a 5th floor flat of a 20 storey building with an amazing view over London! The building itself also has a concierge/security at the bottom of the block. Newly refurbished flat with a large kitchen including all mod cons including a dishwasher, gas hob and TV. There is a utility room with freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine, separate toilet and shower room.

ROOM: DOUBLE AND SPACIOUS
- It is around 15m2, really bright, has a double wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bed side table, shelf, and there is still tons of space in there.

CURRENT FLATMATES; 3 PROFESSIONAL GIRLS
- An Australian, a Hungarian and an Italian, professionals working in business. They are all really relaxed, outgoing, fun girls. The only preference about you is to also be clean and tidy, please.
