2 double rooms in a beautiful house - East London

Hello everyone,

We have two double bedrooms available for rent in a lovely 3 storey house on Cephas Street just 2 mins walk from Stepney Green station. The house is massive and really homely, there is a shared kitchen/lounge, outdoor patio with picnic bench in it, there is also a parking space which can also be rented for a small cost. Not only is it close to Stepney green station it is also a 7 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station.

You'd be sharing the house with two girls who both work near tower bridge. If not at work, we can be usually found enjoy a glass of wine, running, eating, socialising. We would love to find some people who we can socialise/eat dinner with/chat with occasionally in the evenings/weekends together.

As mentioned in the info, all bills are included in the price (council tax, electric, broadband etc). Apart from one bill which is a quarterly water bill of £50 (not included).

Room 1: Ground floor - large room (converted lounge) also has a door out to the patio area. Shares the master bathroom (shower and bath) with one other house mate.

Room 2: 1st floor - with ensuite.

Both Rooms are furnished.

We are ideally looking for young professional female or male flatmates.

The move in date is 1st October and the minimum lease period is 11months. We need to fill the rooms by the end of August and will be organising two days for people to come and view the house and meet us both.
