Hello Potential Beautiful Guest! How are you?

I have a spare double room that I could offer temporarily for £130 weekly (all bills inclusive) with a refundable deposit of £200, providing that there is no damage to the house. For a PROFESSIONAL FEMALE only, NO MALES. The stay is flexible, only a week notice is required. A longer stay can be considered if we get on well, this does not mean to live in each other's pocket, but to respect each other's space and privacy, and being considerate and easygoing.

The ideal guest would be considerate, clean, tidy, honest, trustworthy, with a positive mind and heart. And, the most important thing a CAT LOVER. I have two cutie kitties, very independent, healthy, fit, friendly and beautiful inside-out like mum (myself). Do not worry, you do not have to look after them, but you must like them because we share the house with them :). And because they are like babies the must be kept safe always INDOORS. I am very hygienic with my cats, they have a bath every month, I have the best hoover for animal fur in the market, and I have brushes for those little furs around.

I am a professional and I have a busy lifestyle, so I would like to have a guest that is intelligent with good common sense and ethics, so I don't have to worry about anything if I go away for a couple of days. I do not like strangers, but you can have a good friend over as longer as I know, it's my home not a hostel.

If you like the house and I like you, then you must provide a work reference letter (you must be working, not looking for a job or only studying, or a tourist) and ID before moving in. Then, you must have the deposit (£200) and two weeks rent (£260) in advance ready on the day you decide to move in, total of £460 (I do not like chasing people for money, so have it ready before you unpack, cook your dinner and have a bubbly bath). Preferably, I'm looking for someone to move on the 2nd of September (Tuesday) or 7th of September (Sunday).
