Hi everyone, I'm moving out of this lovely recently refurbished flat after being here for 2 amazing years.

The location is just incredible!

On road behind Shoreditch High Street
1 min walk to Shoreditch high st station
4 mins walk to Brick lane
30 secs walk to buses anywhere
10 mins walk to Liverpool st station.
30 secs to Tesco
30 secs to restaurants and bars

The room
It's a good size double with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 big sash windows.

The flat
The place was completely refurbed in 2014 and still looks good. It's the first floor flat, and has luxury features such as underfloor heating in the bathroom, and intercom.

There is NO LOUNGE, as is common in this area, so you will be sharing just the bathroom and kitchen with 2 others.

Flatmates
They are super friendly and lovely to live with, both professionals working usual hours in central London.

Needed by you please:
- to rent from the 9th October onwards
- in full time employment earning at least £22.5k/year (our agency requires this)
- pay a one off referencing fee of £55 and one off letting agency admin fee of £375.
- ready to proceed on Wednesday.

The contract
- You can move out whenever you like! there is no minimum term. All you need to do is find someone else to take your room instead of you.

Utility bills
Are the usual amount, around £75/month.

Viewings will be held this week 3rd to 5th October only. We'll decide on Wednesday and you must be ready to proceed with the application so that it can be completed by Friday.
