Lovely flat - good links to City and Canary Wharf

Our housemate is sadly leaving us to move to Paris and we are therefore looking for someone to replace her.

The flat:
Charming three bedroom flat with wooden floors, lots of natural light, a small balcony overlooking Shadwell Basin and a bright and comfy kitchen/living room. The room available is fully furnished, is quiet, and has a view of the basin when the trees are not in leaf.

The area:
The flat is on the border of Shadwell/Wapping and only a few minutes walk to the DLR and Overground. There is a big Waitrose and smaller Tesco Express 10-15 minutes walk from the flat, with gyms, several pubs and free tennis courts nearby. It's is easily accessible to Canada Water and the large Tesco at Surrey Quays, and is not far from Saint Katherine's Docks.

Us:
Lu and Liz, English and Danish, a financial controller and an executive assistant. We try to live healthy but also love cake, and travel when we can afford it. We usually keep our social lives outside of the flat, but are not against chilling around the dining room table from time to time.

New flatmate:
Ideally you are a professional working full time, clean and tidy and up for the occasional chat.

Agency fees do apply.

Bills are approximately £70 per month per person.

We will be doing viewings from 13 th August.
