Housemates:
You would be living with Lauren, 23, who works for a charity and Katie, 26, who is a teacher. Katie and Lauren have lived in the property for 3 years but our newest housemate (also called Katie) is moving out to live with her boyfriend.
Ideally we are looking for a young professional who will make the house their home.

The Room:
Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and full length mirror.
Although it is the smallest room in the house, this is reflected in the rent (cheaper than the other rooms) and there is plenty of storage space in the house.

The House:
A ground floor maisonette. Downstairs has a good sized and fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with French doors opening onto the garden - perfect for BBQs in the summer!
Upstairs has three double bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath/shower.

Fantastic Location:
It's in Bethnal Green, just off Roman Road. We're a 5 min walk away from Regents Canal and Victoria Park.

Contract, etc.
The property is managed by an estate agent (Spencers) but we have a good relationship with the landlord and can deal with him directly when necessary.

Your contract would start on October 18th and ideally we would like someone who can stay at least 9 months (until July 2016). Our housemate moves out on October 10th, so you might be able to sort something out with her if you want to move in early.

Rent - 732 per month including bills (this is actually 640 per month rent plus 92 per month for bills which are paid by direct debit from a household account). Your first rent payment would be due by October 18th.

Bills - the bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband internet.

Deposit - 614

Agency fees - 196 to be paid when you complete the relevant paperwork with the agent
